Aspen Junior Hockey has again partnered with the Aspen Skating Club to offer a Learn to Skate class for all ages (including parents).  The joint program begins Wednesday, September 26 and runs for five consecutive weeks (through October 25) from 3:45 to 4:15.   On-ice instruction is led by Shaun Hathaway and Terry Hooper with a cost of $10 per session (or $40 for a five-session ticket).   

Participants will learn the basic fundamentals of skating, including edge balance, control and agility.   Although skaters will learn and practice how to safely fall, helmets are required (hockey or ski helmets), and elbow pads and knee pads are recommended.  Aspen Junior Hockey will make available a limited supply of helmets and pads.
