Aspen Junior Hockey Registration
Welcome to the 2023-2024 Aspen Junior Hockey Registration System. We're excited this season is Aspen Junior Hockey's 51st year and couldn't be happier to have you a part of it. You will first need to register with USA Hockey and then return here to proceed with Aspen Junior Hockey Registration. Register at USA Hockey FIRST!

Step 2: Return to this page and then proceed with Aspen Junior Hockey Registration.
Per USA Hockey and AJH insurance regulations and requirements, No Player can be on the ice unless registered with USA Hockey.
AJH travel players must be registered before July 23rd, 2023, if you wish to have your name on your jersey this season.

Registration Policy: Players may register only when their past debts or the past debts of any siblings to AJH and previous team obligations are in good standing (zero balance due). Players may not participate in any AJH on or off - ice activities until the previous year's obligations to AJH are paid. Registration fees may be less than ducky derby credits (check with Jackie before registering). Families must register through a sports engine, and they can choose to pay offline. After selecting this option, you must contact Jackie to pay by credit card, check or set up a payment plan.
Also, anyone using duck credits or applying for a scholarship MUST select pay offline!! Contact Jackie for help!
Families can register after July 1st, 2023. Players who plan to play travel hockey need to register prior to July, 23rd, so they may be guaranteed to have their name on their jersey. Registrants after July 23rd are not guaranteed to receive their name on their jersey; due to ordering constraints, this is the latest possible date we can receive our jerseys on time for the 23-24 season.
There is a payment plan option online and through the AJH office. Please get in touch with Jackie to set up. The first deposit payment is due upon registration, with charges withdrawn in the three following months.
AJH Member Volunteer Hours Requirement & Protocols – travel teams ONLY (Please see AJH Handbook and Volunteer section on our AJH website). A $250 deposit will be taken upon registration for volunteer commitment.
Players will only receive their names for this season's jersey if registered before July 23rd.
If your player wants to change their jersey number, it is an $85 charge per jersey (Pending seniority). If you lose your jersey, you're responsible for the $85 per jersey to replace them. If your athlete's jersey no longer fits, please contact us asap.
Payment Policy: No player will be allowed to participate in practices and games after February 1st until their account is paid and up to date. Any payment fees with a non-sufficient fund check or a refused VISA/MC charge will result in a $35.00 fee and the player being removed from active status until released by the AJH treasurer. After January 15th, 2024, an extra charge of $25 per month will be added to all outstanding balances until payment in full is received.
Refund Policy: Refunds may be made to players leaving AJH before or during the season based on a weekly pro-rated. The AJH board will only consider the following reasons; a severe medical condition, verified by a doctor, precludes the player from continuing or returning to the season; season-ending injury before January 1st, 2024; or a family moving out of the Aspen area. All requests must be written to the AJH Board of Directors by February 1st, 2024, and are subject to a $20.00 processing fee.
Player Release Policy: Any player that chooses to play for another organization during the season must secure a player release form before being authorized to play for another program.
If changing associations - you must secure a financial release from past associations before being added to a roster.
If you already have a SportsEngine account, you can use that account or simply create a new account. Please be sure to reference the SportsEngine - Tips and Tricks document below as notifications will only be sent to the email addresses associated with the SportsEngine account of the registered athlete and designated Guardians.
6 U Mites (boys and girls): 2017 – 2019 birth years ($250) *Refer two friends to receive a free hockey stick. Must be new registrants to the AJH program.
8 U Mites (boys and girls): 2015– 2016 birth years ($500) *Refer two friends to receive a free hockey stick. Must be new registrants to the AJH program.
10 U Girls: 2013 – 2014 birth years ($1,650)
10 U Squirts: 2013- 2014 birth years ($1,950)
12 U Girls: 2011 – 2012 birth years ($2,060)
12 U Peewees: 2011– 2012 birth years ($2,060)
15 U Girls: 2008 - 20010 birth years ($2,225)
14 U Bantams: 2009 – 2010 birth years ($2,275)
19 U Girls: 2004 - 2007 birth years ($2,275)
House Hockey: 2011 – 2014 birth years ($850) Non-Travel
18 U Boys Fall Team: TBD ($1500)
