Laurelwood Studios and Interlude Condominiums (2- and 3-bedroom units) are included as lodging options for your FFO.

Our rates are already discounted for the off-season across all three date ranges, so guests can simply book directly through our website at www.laurelwoodcondominiums.com.

As a reminder, we require a 10% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance automatically charged 14 days prior to arrival.

We are a unit-specific property, allowing guests to select the exact unit they prefer.

• All Interlude units include a full kitchen and private balcony.

Deposit Policy:

• 10% of the total lodging cost (including tax and service charge) is due at the time of booking

• Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will result in forfeiture of the 10% deposit

• • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount
