Prepare for the upcoming season by mastering the most physical and competitive aspects of the game. This intensive three-day camp is designed to bridge the gap between skill and execution, ensuring players have the confidence to win puck battles and play a high-tempo, physical game safely and effectively.

Daily Schedule:
9:00-10:00 AM On-Ice
10:30-11:30 AM off-ice/video
11:30-12:30 PM Lunch on your own
1:30-3:30 PM On ice
1. Body Contact Technique
Body contact is a skill that requires awareness at all times. We focus on the "how" and "when" of physical play to maximize efficiency and minimize injury risk.
- Safe Receiving: Learning how to take a hit, use the boards as protection, and maintain balance.
- Effective Angling: Forcing opponents into low-threat areas and closing gaps.
- Legal Checking: Proper shoulder and hip alignment to separate the player from the puck.
2. The "Compete" Mindset
Skills are only as good as the work rate behind them. This camp emphasizes the "Compete" factor through battle drills.
- Small Area Games: Tight-space scenarios that force quick decision-making under pressure.
- Puck Protection: Using the body to shield the puck and create offensive space.
- Battle Drills: 1-on-1 and 2-on-2 battles in the corners and in front of the net.
